Baidar Chishti -Executive
Director
Zafar Chishti, a qualified ACCA, has been
with the Innovative Global Business Group,
UK as the Group Financial Director. He was
responsible for managing the finance departments
of the group companies, liquidity and risk
management of the group operating in different
industries, due diligence of potential acquisitions
and ensuring all new projects were financially
viable. Zafar Chishti is also an Associate
Member of Association of Corporate Treasurers,
UK. He joined the IIBL team in July 2008.
Nasir Ayub - Business
Head
Nasir Ayub did his MBA in 1971 from IBA
Karachi. Besides 13 years experience in
Industry, he has over 22 years of financial
sector experience in development, commercial,
corporate, investment banking and leasing.
He has worked with NDFC as SVP for 9 years
and Chase Manhattan Bank N.A for over 6
years as Corporate Client Executive. He
was MD and CEO of Paramount Leasing Limited
for over 1 ½ years before joining IIBL (formerly
CSIBL) in June 2004.
Muhammad Salman Haider
- Chief Financial
Officer
Salman Haider is a Chartered Accountant
with 7 years experience of Investment Banks
and Leasing Companies as Financial Controller
and Chief Financial Officer. He joined IIBL
in 2007.
Numan Ali Amjad
- Head
of Internal Audit
Numan Ali Amjad, a Chartered Accountant
by profession and an ACCA Affiliate, did
his articles from Ernst and Young (Ford
Rhodes Sidat Hyder and Co.) Chartered Accountants,
before joining Soneri Bank Limited as an
Internal Auditor. He was responsible for
the evaluation of the design and operation
of banks internal control systems and checking
compliance with regulations. He has extensive
experience in audits of treasury operations,
Islamic based banking, I.T operations, Credits,
Trade Finance and International Banking.
He also holds a Diploma from the Institute
of Bankers of Pakistan. Numan Ali Amjad
joined IIBL in July 2008.
Muhammad Hamza Khokhar

Company Secretary/ Head Legal Affairs
Mr. Muhammad Hamza joined the company in
July 2008 as Company Secretary / Head Legal
Affairs. He also remained Group Manager
Legal for a diversified Group of Companies
having their robust presence in the Sugar,
Beverages and Textile industry of Pakistan
from 2004 to 2008. Before that he worked
for more than two years effecting from 2002
until 2004 with the City Group of Companies
as Company Lawyer (Head of Legal). He also
worked with a leading law firm as Associate
Lawyer from 2000 to 2002. He has the specific
experience in analyzing and evaluating the
legal disputes and the advisory services
to the respective companies in connection
with corporate, commercial and other related
issues. He has extensive experience in dealing
with both contentious and non-contentious
issues. He was very instrumental in settling
long standing disputes and unresolved issues
faced by these Companies. He has done his
Bachelors in Law from Quaid-e-Azam Law College,
Lahore.
For Innovative Investment Bank, he is playing
the key role in property related issues
and recovery of stuck-up finances of the
Bank through Court and negotiations with
defaulting Borrowers / Judgment Debtors
and matters pertaining to legal operations
of the Bank.
